  • Would you like to return a product to us?

    The product must be in perfect condition or still in its shipping packaging so that the return is free subject to the clauses below.

    Nothing complicated, but like any company, we have established rules and conditions to validate returns and refunds.

  • Useful information :

    You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to contact customer service and return the product to us. This does not apply if you have subscribed to the rental and already activated your GeoRide on the application by checking the box which requests the start of the subscribed service before the end of the withdrawal period.

    Please note that we do everything possible to simplify the process for you and allow you to be reimbursed within 15 days after receipt of your product at our premises.

What to do if you have exceeded the withdrawal deadline?

We do not accept product returns once this period has passed.

If you still try to return your item to us, we will be forced to return it to your shipping address and we will ask you to cover the shipping costs.

What are the conditions for validating a return?

Returned products must be in perfect condition , in their original packaging or without any signs of use.

The products are inspected in our premises upon receipt. If the product is damaged, worn, broken or in poor condition, we will not be able to provide a refund. We will always inform you by email.

Your responsibility

In order to see the condition of your products, customer service will ask you for photos or other visual aids. If you do not wish to provide them with a check on the condition of the products, then the return will be at your expense.

Upon receipt of the products at our premises, we will check their condition (see validation conditions above) . If they meet the validation conditions, we will refund you within 15 days.

Otherwise, we will return the products to you at your expense and you will not receive a refund.

Refund policy

All products meeting the conditions for validating a return will be refunded within 15 days.

If the products are damaged during delivery, but their condition has been checked in advance by customer service, then a refund will be made.

Would you like to exchange a product?

GeoRide does not do exchanges at this time. If you want a product other than the one in your possession, you will have to send it back to us and you can then reorder.

For your information, you cannot return the 110dB siren alone (included in the box) for a refund.

Has your package been returned to us?

If you have not come in time to collect your package from a relay point and it has been returned to us, the return of the product(s) will be at your expense.

We will inform you of the successful receipt of the package at our premises and we will carry out a Colissimo shipment so that the situation does not repeat itself.

Have you not received your product or your entire order?

Please contact us at customer service with photos of your package. If it is established that a product is missing from the package, then we will immediately return the product to you at our expense.

Was your package delivered to you damaged?

In this case, we thank you for contacting us via customer service with photos of your package. We will contact the carrier for more information on the delivery conditions and/or we will make a claim.
