How does a sensor detect a fall?

Fall detection leans on the same movement sensors, but with a different logic: it weighs how violent the impact was, plus the context, to tell a real accident apart from a simple parking mishap. If you go down while riding and don't respond, emergency services are called automatically in under 2 minutes, and sent to the right place: the tunnel operations team if you're in a tunnel, the motorway control room on a motorway, the fire service or the ambulance service elsewhere.
